Visit requests
The form collects the parent's name, phone number, preferred date and time. We use this information to handle the request and contact the parent. Providing it is voluntary; without contact details we cannot process the form request. You may also contact our office by phone.
Requests are saved in the system and are accessible to signed-in staff. Our office may receive an email notification. The request remains saved even if the notification cannot be sent. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm a visit. We do not request the child’s name, personal identification number, documents or medical information through this form.
Retention period
Visit request data is retained while the request is being handled and for 30 days after resolution, then deleted. This period applies to visit requests; enrolment documents and educational records follow separate retention rules.
Contact form messages
We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. The message is sent to our office through the hosting provider’s email service; it is not stored separately in the website application. Our office manages the retention of correspondence in its mailbox according to the purpose of the enquiry and applicable obligations.
Form protection
To prevent abuse, the website checks requests and temporarily stores counters and pseudonymised identifiers for up to 24 hours, with automatic cleanup at intervals of no more than one hour. The form does not store IP addresses in plain text or use external anti-spam analysis services. The hosting provider manages its technical logs separately.
Communication by phone and email
When you contact us directly, we process the information you provide to answer your question. Share only information necessary for the request. Enrolment documents and children's health information are shared through procedures agreed with our office.
Photographs and information about children
The website displays photographs of kindergarten activities and spaces. The kindergarten has obtained parental consent for photographs showing children. For questions about an image or to withdraw publication consent, contact our office and identify the page and photograph.
Cookies and browser storage
Staff administration access uses an essential session cookie called acz_session, lasting up to 8 hours. It maintains authentication and is removed on sign-out. It is not used for advertising.
Preference-panel choices are saved in your browser's local storage under acz-consent, until you change them or clear website data. The website currently has no active traffic analytics or advertising tools. The external-content setting controls Google Maps and Facebook videos. The language choice is stored under acz-language until changed or cleared.
Maps, videos and external links
Embedded Facebook and YouTube videos load after you allow external content. Videos uploaded directly to this website play without connecting to those platforms. YouTube uses privacy-enhanced mode; loading it connects your browser to Google, which may process your IP address and device information. Facebook content connects your browser to Meta, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use its own cookies. Consult the Meta privacy policy.
The Contact page includes Google Maps. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use its own storage technologies. Links to Facebook and other websites open external services with their own privacy policies. Your choices here do not apply to those services.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as portability or object to processing where these rights apply. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to our office email address. We may need to verify your identity to protect the data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
Website accessibility
